Our Beliefs and Actions Have Great Power

It’s amazing how intention and thought can be manifested into reality. Individuals have witnessed other people who think that they’re sick become sick, those who think that they’re healed from sickness become well, and those who want success become successful, and the opposite.

The Powerful Human Mind!

Our minds are very powerful; although, most people think that we only use ten percent of our brains, that is not correct; we actually use one hundred percent of our brains. Our brains weigh approximately three pounds, the cerebrum being the largest portion of the brain performs all higher cognitive functions. The frontal cortex performs higher level thinking, self-awareness, or somatosensory areas help people sense their surroundings. The occipital and parietal lobes, motor sensory and sensory motor cortices, basal ganglia, cerebellum and the frontal lobes all activate during simple daily tasks.

Witnessing the Power of Positive Thinking

Many have witnessed the power of positive thinking firsthand and the quality healing that can take place. Some individuals have also witnessed the power of negative thinking and the destruction it can bring. Some counselors and pastors have seen individuals who have had a lie on their spirit since childhood. It could have been a parent, coach, teacher, sibling, friend, or preacher who delivered the wrong message to the person. We will use a parent as an example here. A mother says to her child, “I love you, but why can’t you get good grades like your sister?” The parent thinks this is a wholesome message about love and education. The child doesn’t hear that they are loved; the only message that the child hears is that they aren’t good enough, they’re faulty, and don’t measure up! The child goes through life with that message that they are a loser! They think it, they believe it, and they act upon it.

There are a few things that you can do to become more positive. There is great power in the mind, perhaps more than we will ever know. If you want to be happy, choose to be happy, if you want to be successful, choose to be successful, it’s up to you. Don’t believe lies! You have a purpose, a place, and a right to be!lexington suboxone clinic

Lies are Replaced by the Truth!

The old message that the person is not good enough is a lie on their spirit; the lie must be removed, taken away and replaced. When taken away there will be a void unless a new message is given immediately. For example, the person can be told, “You have a purpose, a place, a right to be, and you are a good person!” The person is then asked to repeat the sentence and to believe it. The person is told that the old belief was a lie that they must let go of if they want to be healed. Then it’s up to the person to hold on to the truth! Imagine that a few words from childhood have that much power that they can ruin a whole life!

Amazing Results!

The results of this positive thinking and visualization can be amazing! If you think you’re a writer or poet, you’re a writer or poet! If you want to be a success, think and act like you’re successful. Picture yourself as a success! Be a successful person! We can also do this together as a community of people, or businesses.

All We Can Do is Our Best!

People who have a positive attitude are contagious. People who have a negative attitude are infectious. Who wants to be around negativity, no one! We avoid negative people like the plague. Negative intention, thoughts, words, and actions lead to gossip, failure, frustration, and disappointment. You have a choice when it comes to negativity and positivity in yourself and others. Not everyone believes in positivity; however, that should have no impact on your decision. Staying positive takes practice; let’s face it there’s negativity everywhere we turn, in the media, in conversations, in print, everywhere! All anyone can do is their best, learning to visualize only favorable and successful situations and outcomes, to chase out negative thoughts, and always smile!
